Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2025

SaviourOps, Inc. (“SaviourOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the saviourops.com website and the SaviourOps observability platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We believe trust is built through clarity — not legalese.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and (if applicable) your company name. This is the minimum we need to create and manage your account, send you service communications, and provide support.

Telemetry data you send us

If you use our cloud-hosted ingestion endpoints, your application’s logs, traces, and metrics are transmitted to and stored on our infrastructure. This data belongs to you — we process it solely to provide the observability service and never use it for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than operating your account. Self-hosted deployments never transmit telemetry data to us.

Usage analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated page-view data on saviourops.com to understand which content is useful. This data is not linked to any individual user or account. No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking is performed.

Support communications

When you contact us by email or through our support channels, we retain the contents of those communications to resolve your issue and improve our service.

How we use your data

  • Providing the service. We use your account and telemetry data exclusively to run SaviourOps for you — processing signals, triggering alerts, and displaying dashboards.
  • Improving the service. Aggregate, anonymized usage patterns help us prioritize features and fix bugs. We never analyze your telemetry content for this purpose.
  • Support. We use your communications to respond to your requests and, with your permission, to share relevant documentation or guides.
  • Product updates. We may send you emails about new features, security notices, or major changes. You can opt out of non-essential product emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or emailing privacy@saviourops.com. Security and billing notices cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
