Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SaviourOps platform and website operated by SaviourOps, Inc. (“SaviourOps,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

SaviourOps provides an AI-powered observability and incident management platform available in two deployment modes:

  • Cloud (SaaS). Hosted on SaviourOps infrastructure. You send telemetry to our ingestion endpoints and we store, process, and serve it back to you via dashboards and the API.
  • Enterprise BYOC. On request, Enterprise customers can run the SaviourOps data plane inside their own cloud account (Bring Your Own Cloud). Contact sales for eligibility and deployment terms.

The platform supports ingestion via eBPF zero-instrumentation agents and the OpenTelemetry (OTLP) protocol. Features include log management, distributed tracing, metrics, AI-assisted root cause analysis, on-call scheduling, and alert routing.

Acceptable use

You may use SaviourOps for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with SaviourOps.
